Putting ZeroFrost to the test

A cold climate chamber was used to simulate outdoor temperatures as low as -55°F. The ZeroFrost™ outdoor and indoor units were equipped with sensors to monitor temperature, fluid pressure, power flow, and other metrics, with measurements taken throughout the system. Performance indicators were primarily measured near the indoor head to assess heat output, while temperature sensors in the chamber tracked simulated outdoor conditions.
Precision-certified tools with unique serial numbers ensured accuracy. Sensors were strategically placed, and all data was meticulously recorded through video documentation.

ZeroFrost Technology

The AetherLux Pro utilizes an innovative Defrost-Free Design that completely eliminates the need for defrost cycles. This allows the AtherLux Pro to achieve significant energy and monetary savings, particularly during winter, by dedicating all energy solely to heating the home instead of thawing the heat pump in cold weather.

Exceptional Energy Efficiency

The AetherLux Pro is designed with optimal efficiency exceeding traditional systems, translating to substantially lower energy bills and reduced electricity consumption. The AetherLux Pro surpasses conventional heat pumps by delivering 78% to 93% more heat, which shortens heating cycles to achieve desired room temperatures. This efficiency not only reduces the heat pump's runtime by  50% or more,  but also results in significant cost savings.

At -45°C/ -50°F, the AetherLux heat pump produces a remarkable 96°F/35.6°C of heat, outperforming all competitors in its class.

The heat pump utilizes an approved GWP refrigerant optimized for extreme temperature performance. This refrigerant has a very low freezing point and excellent heat transfer characteristics across a wide temperature range.

The compressor is the heart of a heat pump. The AetherLux Pro system features a powerful and efficient compressor engineered to work seamlessly in even the harshest cold conditions.

The heat pump's ability to operate without defrost cycles is based on sophisticated device and controls. The system has sophisticated sensors and algorithms to optimize energy use and maintain heat without the periodic defrosting required by conventional heat pumps.
